Our intent is to have your permission to take/publish photos of events you and your family may be involved in here at our Church!
The release is available below for DOWNLOAD, as well as, in Church. They will be available at Welcome Desk, in the Sunday School classrooms, and in the bulletins.
Please fill them out and return them to the office. If you do NOT wish to have your photos shared on social media or our website, please return a form NOT signed and just put your family name on it so we can be sure to respect your wishes.
