At Hope Lutheran Church, you will feel surrounded by friends looking to hold one another up through fellowship and faith. Our church is in Freehold, New Jersey, near Howell and Jackson, and we join together under a common roof anchored in Christ, growing in faith, love, and service. Lutheran church culture is firmly rooted in ministering to our members, community, and global level. Our prayer for every gathering is that you would feel welcomed and loved. We want you to leave our church inspired and renewed by God's infinite love for us. Nevertheless, we welcome anyone to come and join us for worship on Sundays!

We understand that everyone has different styles and approaches to worship. That is why we offer two various worship services. One traditional service with traditional liturgy accompanied by organ, and the other is a contemporary service with a worship band. If it's your first time visiting, check out both services and see what feels suitable for you and your family. We stream both services if worshiping from home is the best way for you to worship with us!

Annual Backyard Memorial Day BBQ

Hope Lutheran Church and Hope Christian School invite you to our Annual Memorial Day BBQ on Tuesday, May 21 at 6:00 PM in the Hope parking lot! Come enjoy an evening of delicious food, fun games, family-friendly fellowship, and live music from the Hope Praise Band.

Sandiches for St. Peters Community Meal

After months of incredible generosity and success, we are excited to continue and grow our support for St. Peter’s Community Meal! The need in our community is great, and together, we can make a meaningful impact by providing nourishing sandwiches and bag lunches to those who rely on this vital ministry.

We are looking for food donations and volunteers to help prepare and assemble meals on May 28 at 6PM in the narthex. Whether you can donate ingredients, lend a helping hand, or spread the word, every contribution makes a difference.

2025 Vacation Bible School

Join us at Hope Lutheran Church for Magnified! Vacation Bible School, happening August 11–15 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. This fun, faith-filled week is for kids ages 3–11 and will help them explore the wonders of God’s creation while learning how to magnify His greatness.

Each day includes Bible stories, music, crafts, games, and more—all centered on the truth that God made us, loves us, forgives us, and keeps His promises. Don’t miss this exciting week of growing in faith and praising God together! Register today!
